Jennifer joined the practice as Office Manager in 2026 while completing her dual accredited BEng (Hons) in Architecture and Environmental Engineering at the University of the West of England. She brings a combination of technical understanding of the built environment and professional experience in stakeholder coordination and operational support.
Before joining OA, Jennifer worked within the residential property sector, coordinating residential property transactions and communication between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth progression from offer acceptance to completion. This gave her a strong foundation in stakeholder management, organisation and operational coordination.
Jennifer works closely with the team to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. She has a particular interest in improving processes, supporting collaboration and continuing to develop her understanding of the commercial and operational side of architectural practice.
