Regeneration works have now commenced at Rumwell Hall, initiating its transformation into a new specialist school for Spaghetti Bridge Ltd.
The Grade II listed nineteenth-century manor is widely valued for its architectural character and landscape setting, and the start on site represents an important step in securing a sustainable future for the building.
Adapting heritage for modern needs
Our approach centres on retaining and celebrating the hall’s historic fabric while sensitively adapting the interiors to provide a safe, supportive and highly functional environment for young people with special educational needs.
Through careful conservation and thoughtful reuse, the project will allow the building to continue serving the community in a new and meaningful way.
