Five new homes taking shape at Kendleshire
Construction is progressing well at Kendleshire Homes, our residential development of five high-quality detached properties on the former Greenkeepers site in Coalpit Heath.
Located alongside the Kendleshire golf course, the scheme follows the completion of the neighbouring Greenkeepers development and forms part of the continued evolution of the wider estate. Each two-storey, four-bedroom home has been designed around contemporary family life, with generous open-plan living spaces, flexible accommodation and large-format windows positioned to maximise natural light and views across the golf course.
Roof and cladding works underway
All blockwork is now complete, with the five plots progressing through the roof and external envelope works at slightly different stages.
Installation of the GreenCoat PLX standing seam roofing and cladding system is underway, beginning to establish the distinctive architectural character of the development, with windows due to follow shortly. As the external finishes progress, the houses are increasingly visible from across the golf course – an exciting milestone as the scheme moves closer to completion in 2027.
