Two new affordable housing developments in East Oxford Completed

We’re delighted to have delivered two new affordable housing developments in East Oxford, in collaboration with LIFE Build Solutions Limited and OX Place, Oxford City Council’s housing company.

Located at Princes Street and Collins Street, the projects form part of a wider initiative to provide high-quality, genuinely affordable homes in the city. Together, the two sites deliver 26 new apartments, including both social rent and shared ownership homes, helping to meet a critical local need.

Designed to sit comfortably within their surrounding neighbourhoods, the schemes adopt a simple, robust architectural approach with a focus on durability, accessibility and long-term performance. Low-carbon strategies - including fabric-first design, air source heat pumps and rooftop PV - support Oxford’s wider sustainability ambitions.

These projects reflect a collaborative effort to deliver well-designed homes that are both affordable and sustainable, contributing to the ongoing regeneration of East Oxford.
