BBC Spotlights Bromham Community Hub

21 February 2024

Design featured on BBC News

We were delighted to see our proposed Bromham Community Hub featured on BBC News, highlighting the design’s potential to reinvigorate a much-loved village centre with spaces that meet the evolving needs of local people.

The coverage reflects growing interest in how thoughtful community-led architecture can play a lasting role in strengthening civic life and shared identity following loss or change.

A new heart for the village

We have been working closely with Bromham Parish Council and the Bromham Community Hub CIO to develop proposals for a new building that will replace the former social centre, lost to fire in June 2021.

The design provides multifunctional community spaces that are flexible, welcoming and accessible - re-establishing vital facilities that have been sorely missed - while a wider masterplan sets the stage for future expansion of amenities and services. This project underscores our commitment to collaborative design that responds not only to programme requirements, but also to the social and cultural aspirations of the communities we serve.
