Double Win for OA at the South West Property Awards
Architectural Practice of the Year
It was a fantastic night for OA Architecture at the 2026 Insider South West Property Awards, with the practice taking home two awards: Architectural Practice of the Year and Placemaking Project of the Year for the Barnstaple Market Quarter regeneration.
Being named Architectural Practice of the Year is a fantastic recognition of our team and the work being delivered across the practice, and we’re incredibly proud to see that collective effort recognised.
Celebrating Barnstaple Market Quarter
We were equally delighted to see the Barnstaple Market Quarter regeneration named Placemaking Project of the Year.
Centred around the revitalisation of the historic Pannier Market and Guildhall, the wider programme has helped breathe new life into the heart of Barnstaple, strengthening connections across the town centre and bringing important buildings and spaces back into active use. A huge thank you and congratulations to the wider project team who helped bring the regeneration to life - we’re still smiling after a brilliant night!
