Bromham Community Hub Opens Its Doors
From loss to renewal
Yesterday we were immensely proud to see Bromham Community Hub formally opened, an important milestone for a project shaped by resilience, partnership and local ambition.
Appointed by Bromham Parish Council’s Rebuild Committee following the fire that destroyed the former social centre and pub in 2021, we have worked alongside the community to help restore the site as a vibrant focal point for village life. The ceremony was a powerful moment for everyone involved and a celebration of years of determination to bring activity and connection back to the heart of Bromham.
Flexible, welcoming and sustainable
The new 500m², single-storey building provides a multi-functional hall with bar and kitchen facilities, complemented by flexible café and lounge spaces that can adapt to a wide range of community uses.
The hub has been carefully positioned to capture open views across the surrounding fields, while its form and orientation maximise the opportunity for on-site solar PV and long-term environmental performance. Developed alongside proposals for a wider masterplan including future amenities and improved parking, the project re-establishes essential facilities that have been sorely missed and creates a place the community can grow with for years to come.
