In response to a competitive market that seeks new products on an almost daily basis the need for a high-tech Research, Development and Testing Lab to deliver these expectations was required.

Drawing down from market research profiles the Lab's highly skilled staff craft new recipes and flavours for new products. Samples are then produced and scrutinised for longevity and shelf life limits. Subject to passing muster they are then blind tested, assessed for market share and then approved, packaged and distributed throughout the UK and to destinations beyond.
