As architects for the project, we are pleased to see the scheme moving into its final stages, with completion now just around the corner.
Continuing a strong partnership
OMX transforms an existing industrial building into around 30,000 sq ft of high-quality laboratories, offices and flexible collaboration spaces designed to support early-stage scientific and technology ventures.
The development marks the third incubator we have delivered with Science Creates, continuing a strong and productive partnership focused on creating adaptable, future-ready environments for innovation. We look forward to seeing the building come to life as its first community of start-ups moves in.
