Celebrating Two Well-Deserved Promotions

We're pleased to announce the promotion of Huw Rettie to Associate and Remi Waters to Senior Architect.

Since joining our Bristol studio in January 2025, Huw has made a significant contribution across a broad range of projects, combining strong design, technical and project management skills with a commitment to sustainable, low-carbon design. His promotion also sees him join OA's Senior Management Team.

Remi joined the practice in June 2024 and has become a key member of the team, bringing valuable technical expertise across design, compliance and Building Safety Act responsibilities. His professionalism, attention to detail and support for colleagues have made a lasting impact across the practice.

These promotions reflect the dedication, expertise and leadership both Huw and Remi bring to OA every day. Congratulations to them both on this well-deserved achievement.
